Privacy notice
Klarai handles sensitive personal situations. Here is plainly what happens with your data.
What we store
Your email, profile settings, the scenarios you create, session metadata (date, mode, duration, credits) and — only if you agree — transcripts of your practice conversations and the feedback on them.
Transcripts are optional
Before each session you choose whether the transcript is saved. If you turn it off, the conversation is processed only to generate replies and feedback and is not stored.
No training without consent
Your conversations are never used to train AI models unless you separately opt in under Account settings. You can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Saved transcripts are kept for the retention period you choose in your account (default 90 days).
Your rights
You can export all your data or delete your account and everything linked to it from the Account page at any time.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Payment card numbers and passwords typed into a conversation are automatically redacted. Logs avoid sensitive content.
AI and simulation
Every character in Klarai is AI-generated and every conversation is a simulation. Klarai is not therapy, counselling or professional advice, and cannot promise confidentiality beyond this notice.
Safety
If you describe a risk to yourself or others, we may record a safety event (category only, no transcript) and show you where to find qualified help. In an emergency in the EU, call 112.
